Login credentials, account ID, profile settings, workspace membership, and other feedback/preferences that you might express during your use of our platform.
Such as your choices regarding our newsletters, surveys, and other marketing/advertising displayed or provided to you, and preferred methods of such promotional communication.
Such as details of your communications with us, details of your claims, complaints, queries in general, transaction information and purchase history, including purchases considered, credit or debit card, which includes details like the cardholder’s name, primary account number (PAN), and expiration date.
IP/device checks, integrity signals, including event-based flags (e.g., multiple faces detected, absence from frame, anomalous voice activity), webcam images, screen monitoring.
Pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times, and duration of access.
Your mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., WiFi, LTE, 3G), and general location information. Colare provides AI-powered real-world simulations to assess a Candidate’s engineering skills on behalf of various employers (our Customers). A Candidate is invited to undergo an assessment on Colare’s platform by our Customer, the hiring company.
Once you complete your assessment and click to submit it, the assessment results will be shared with our Customer after our review and scoring. Please note that the Customer (your potential employer) is responsible for (and the controller of) the Personal Information that is shared with them through your submission of the assessment. Colare is not responsible for the Customer’s processing of your Personal Information and such processing activities are not part of this Privacy Policy. Please refer to the privacy policy of the company that invited you to take the assessment for information on how they handle your Personal Information.

We process your Personal Information as necessary to manage our contractual relationship (i.e., our Candidate Terms of Use) with you, including to enable your access to our assessment platform, and to provide any support-related services requested.

This includes further training our AI model to improve its performance in assessing your results. Assessment results are generated using our AI Features, with human reviewers involved in oversight, calibration, and quality assurance of model performance. Final hiring, employment, and selection decisions are made by the Customer that invited you to take the assessment, not by Colare. Where commercially appropriate, we use de-identified data for these purposes.

If you are (an authorized representative of) our customer, or a prospective customer, we will process your Personal Information for the following purposes.
We process your Personal Information as necessary to provide the requested service, including to provide the functionality of our platform and any support-related services requested. This includes arranging access to your account, providing customer service, and responding to other inquiries and requests.
